WE OFFER

The Class 1 FLAT DECK/SUPER B TRUCK DRIVER will be responsible for picking up and delivering freight between Calgary and the Columbia Valley 5 days per week. This position would be typically on the road for the week, but home every weekend! This position is driving one of our beautiful highway tractors with a manual transmission.

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS OFF EVERY WEEK! HOME FRIDAY NIGHT~

  • A mixture of highway and inner-city driving
  • Ensuring accuracy of all deliveries.
  • Daily Pre-Trip Inspections
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Operate the truck in a safe manner at all times, obeying all rules of the DOT
  • Performing other tasks as assigned
  • Working on ELD and work flow
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a professional, outgoing and friendly personality
  • Previous experience with commercial delivery driving
  • Valid Class 1 driver's license with Airbrake certification.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual and available to work when required.
  • Availability after hours and weekends when needed
  • Compensation based on experience and qualifications
  • 50-60 hours weekly

Salary: $87,000.00-$99,000.00 per year

  • MOUNTAIN DRIVING: 2 years (required)
  • MANUAL TRANSMISSION: 2 years (required)
  • FLAT DECKING: 1 year (required)
